The designers' innovative use of scrap ginkgo wood for the countertop, which also finds purpose in sushi boards and cutting boards, exemplifies a sustainable ethos. The interior's organic feel is further enhanced by chairs that celebrate the wood's natural grain, walls adorned with bespoke Washi paper, and maple signboards with an iron mordant dye, creating a serene, eco-conscious environment.
